Victoria District Village offers 21 one-bedroom units grouped in 2, 3 or 4. Each unit includes an open plan kitchen, living area with separate bathroom, and bedroom with built-in wardrobe and dresser. Kitchens feature electric stoves for cooking, electric or gas hot water system. Most units include reverse cycle air conditioning to the living area.

Residents can enjoy the use of the social hall including workshop, craft room, covered BBQ area, kitchen, carpet bowls and TV. The village has an active Social Group who meet once a week.
