Our Southern Masonic Village in Spencer Park offers 30 one-bedroom units grouped in 3 or 4. Each unit includes an open plan kitchen and living area with separate bathroom and bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Kitchens feature an electric stove for cooking and electric storage hot water system. Most units include reverse cycle air conditioning to the living area.

Residents can enjoy the use of the social hall including kitchen and library. The village has an active Social Group who meet once a week.
