A Year of Significant Achievements

Having reflected on the year gone by, we are proud of the journey we have shared with our residents, staff, and community. Remarkable milestones were achieved, with one of our greatest being the opening of Middle Swan Residential Care earlier this year. In July 2023, we admitted our first resident, and through a phased approach, we exceeded expectations to reach full capacity by March this year. Serving 162 individuals over the past 12 months has been both an honour and a privilege for our dedicated team.

This achievement paved the way for continued growth, including the successful opening of Marlee Café within the facility. It has become a welcoming space, serving our residents, staff, and the broader community with care and connection.

Knowing that our services make a meaningful difference, helps us remain committed to expanding our care to senior individuals who need it most. In everything we do, compassion and professionalism guide us. None of this would be possible without the unwavering dedication of our staff, volunteers and the support of our organisation’s partners.

Gratefully, we look back on 2024 as a year of growth, achievements, and strengthened community ties.
