Emma expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the unwavering support and inspiration she receives from her Masonic Care WA colleagues. “Being recognised in this way highlights the collaborative spirit and pursuit of excellence that define our team,” Emma remarked. She credits her success to the supportive work environment and the daily motivation she gains from working alongside dedicated professionals.

Her gratitude extends to the residents of the villages she manages, whose trust and support fuel her commitment to their well-being. “Serving our residents on their retirement journey is a privilege that inspires me every day. Their resilience, kindness, and community spirit are truly motivating,” she shared.
